DAC's BOBCAT product provides a service oriented architecture (SOA) that addresses this problem by transforming intelligence and battlefield data into actionable intelligence by automatically:

- detecting groups or organizations coordinating these activities, and
- defining the key relationships between individuals and cells responsible for terrorist operations
